Together with publisher Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and Dutch developer Guerrilla Games, Axis created what was arguably one of the most breath-taking opening cinematic movies on the PS2.
A dramatic back-story to the game, it recounts the persecution, exodus and subsequent invasion of Vekta which resulted in a bloody and brutal war.
Perhaps what made the project so impressive was our decision to record the dialogue, performed by Brian Cox, alongside the body motion. This allowed us to make the most of Brian’s chilling and emotive performance.
