Aardman Animation appointed Axis to help complete a trio of collage-style commercials for BBC Digital.
The ads were designed and directed by Aardman’s Luis Cook and Steven Harding Hill and Axis handled all of the animation production.
The project blended 2D photomontage, 3D characters, animation and even live action projection. We worked with experimental techniques and styles to create the distinctive look.
